Position Summary:
GOLFTEC is seeking a new Sr. Director, Performance Marketing to help us fill our funnel and manage a team of engagement professionals to shepherd our members throughout their journey with GOLFTEC and SkyTrak. The Sr. Director, Performance Marketing develops and leads strategies that lead to the generation of new leads and consumers through online and offline marketing campaigns. This role oversees the entire Performance Marketing department in terms of all acquisition marketing, media tactics, strategy management, execution, as well as optimization across channels. This role will also be the go-to person for data driven analysis through the marketing group and the using that to optimize everything from acquisition to retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategies and oversee optimization and measurement of consumer acquisition, cross-sell initiatives, and remarketing to deliver incremental sales, and enable consumer loyalty
- Manage all paid media budgets
- Manage Media agency relationships across both GOLFTEC and SkyTrak brands
- Manage team of Engagement (email, SMS, app, etc.) professionals in pursuit of the best customer/member journeys in the business
- Lead efforts in the utilization of data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness of all marketing channels, paid search, email, direct mail, programmatic media, modeling, forecasting, and analyses
- Design end-to-end customer journeys guiding potential customers from top-of-funnel acquisition through nurture and subsequent conversion.
- Implement and manage both online and offline marketing programs that will enable the business to meet consumer acquisition targets, sales, margin, and overall goal achievement
- Assist with the selection and management of the business’s technology partners for the purpose of ensuring that the business is maximizing on marketing performance and profitably
- Coordinates cross-functional input, deliverables, timelines, and communicates properly documented progress and issues of programs to the SVP, Marketing
- Track and monitor program performance against the business’s overall goals and objectives
- Provide weekly/monthly/annual policy and quote forecasts for all of the business’s products, evaluates scenarios for ROI performance, and communicates results and recommendations to the SVP, Marketing and key stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or business
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consumer acquisition across various marketing channels
- Proficient in A/B testing, bidded media, and marketing program optimization
- Preferred experience in Golf, chain retail, or progressive E-Commerce
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Braze, Google Analytics, Meta, CDPs, and other analytics tools
- History of driving business growth with innovative demand generation and prospecting campaigns
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects to completion
- Building and executing direct and digital marketing campaigns in competitive environments
- Ability to track and report on key metrics including traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI
- SQL experience preferred
- Familiarity with social acquisition channels like YouTube, Meta, Twitter, and Pinterest
- Ability to evaluate and scale acquisition channels
- Self-motivated with strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience in developing a positive organizational culture.
