YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, retail merchandising, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Product Management or Merchandising within a leading sports organization, with specific knowledge of the golf market.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, showcasing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, decisive, and with a global mindset.
- Proven ability as a dynamic presenter and effective communicator.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and familiarity with retail math.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with merchandising, sales, and marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of the product creation process.
- Deep understanding of the international golf market, competitive landscape, distribution channels, pricing, and segmentation.
- Agility in fast-paced environments, adept at managing quick timelines and shifting priorities.
- Solution-oriented, flexible, and skilled in building relationships; upbeat with a team approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, domestic and international.

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $135,600-$197,285 + Bonus + Benefits

YOUR MISSION
- Develop and lead the global product direction for Puma Golf footwear, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market demands.
- Collaborate with the VP Product Creation to strategically plan and execute global initiatives, with a strong focus on key markets (North America, Japan, EU).
- Oversee and approve line architecture plans, presenting them to Puma’s Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage the Product Line Management and Product Development team, setting clear objectives to meet business goals in terms of volume, revenue, margin, and distribution, and on time deliveries.
- Collaborate with apparel, accessories, merchandising, and marketing counterparts.
- Work with and present product to the top National & Regional accounts during the key sell in windows. Maintain and grow relationships with these top accounts.
- Assess product lifecycle plans by channel to promote revenue growth while ensuring products are optimally positioned in the market.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of forecasts and market performance to refine product planning and strategy.
- Engage in competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and shifts.
- Communicate market dynamics effectively through presentations to stakeholders.
- Approve product plans in alignment with Merchandising strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with international merchandisers, retail, sales, and key accounts to reinforce strategic direction.
- Lead the go-to-market process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as a key representative for Footwear Product Management in various company processes.
- Lead the footwear team, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and career development.
- Ensure the team is informed of corporate initiatives and participates actively in cross-functional operations.
