Charleston, S.C. – NGCOA is pleased to announce Matt Ginella will serve as master of ceremonies for Golf Business TechCon 2023 (October 10-11) and the Colorado Basin Golf & Water Summit (October 12), both being held in Las Vegas. Matt was selected as emcee for these two golf business-critical events for his ability to captivate viewers, tell compelling golf course stories, and connect with audiences through a storied career in golf journalism and broadcasting, including his current endeavor as founder and CEO of The Fire Pit Collective, and the host of Journeys with Matt Ginella and The Fire Pit Podcast.

“A more qualified emcee doesn’t exist,” said Taylor Wall, NGCOA Senior Director of Education. “Matt not only has his pulse on the ins and outs of golf at the professional level, but he has a deep understanding and appreciation for the business side of our industry. We’re thrilled to have him lead attendees through our TechCon programming, as well as the Colorado Basin Golf & Water Summit agenda.”

Matt has been covering golf for 25 years beginning with Sports Illustrated. While at Golf Channel, Matt was Golf Advisor’s Editor-at-Large and host of the Golf Advisor Round Trip travel series. He also appeared as the Travel Insider for Morning Drive, and served as resident buddy trip expert where he captained a collection of VIP trips called Golf Advisor Getaways. At Golf Digest and Golf World magazines, Matt served as senior travel editor where he covered courses, resorts and the avid amateur golfer’s annual buddy trips to over 60 destinations around the country.

Golf course professionals can learn about and register for these two events at GolfBusinessTechCon.com.
